Check in time is at 2:00 PM while check out time is at 12:00 NN.

We only provide bath and beach towels. You may need to bring your own toiletries or you may also opt to buy them at the grocery stores in the island.

Trash bins are provided in each room and are emptied out during housekeeping. Please dispose of trash properly. Littering is strictly prohibited.

It really depends on your own preference. Summer months in The Philippines are between March – May. Beginning the month of June, the Southwest Monsoon usually prevails within the country.

Parties and such events are not allowed at the property.

The gym and the pool are for the exclusive use of guests of Boracay Beach Houses and Boracay Suites.

Boracay Suites is located along Angol Road in Station 3 of White Beach. You can easily see out building right after Angol Plaza/Basketball Court.

It is approximately 100 meters away from the beach or about a 2 – 5 minute walk.

We are located in Station 3 and getting to Stations 1 and 2 by the local tricycle is fairly easy and would take 10 – 30 minutes depending on your destination.

We have our staff on site that will assist you during check in and during your stay. They are available from 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. For those arriving late, please kindly advice of your arrival time in the island prior to your check in date.

Yes, free WIFI is available and is good for basic browsing and sending/receiving of emails. Our staff will be happy to give you the password upon check in.

For emergency cases, you may call the attention of our staff or our 24/7 security personnel. Our staff would also gladly assist you if you need recommendations for restaurant and/or your other needs.

Yes it is fully furnished.

Through our partner provider, we offer roundtrip airport transfers from and to Kalibo or Caticlan Airport. If you would like to avail of this service, kindly send us your FULL arrival and departure details, number of adults, number of kid/s (if any), and the respective ages of each kid/s.

Yes of course. Just send us your flight details so we can have it arranged. If you are already checked in and would like to book a transfer to the airport, you may also course it through our staff and they will have it booked for you.

Yes certainly we can arrange this for you. However, this will require a special nigh navigation transfers. Your personal guide will be waiting outside the Kalibo airport ready to take you to Boracay. He will escort you to a comfortable van that will travel one and a half hours to Caticlan Jetty Port where you will board a certified bangka boat with night navigation that will take you across to Boracay Island. The boats will depart once they have reached maximum capacity which at times can take several hours. In such cases, our guide will give you the option to charter a boat for additional charges. Please be guided by the following:

Arrivals – Flights Arriving in Kalibo from 8:30 pm to 5:00 am

Departures – Flights Departing Kalibo 2:00 am – 9:00 am

Night Navigation ARRIVAL in Kalibo – PHP 4600/person (one way only)

PLEASE BE GUIDED BY THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE AIRPORT TRANSFERS:

• If a transfer is cancelled 14 days or less preceding the arrival date and time a 15% penalty will be charged.
• If a transfer is cancelled 7 days or less preceding the arrival date and time, or the guest does not show up, a 100% penalty will be charged.
• Date changes made more than 14 days preceding the arrival date and time can be made without penalty.
• No refunds will be given for a departure cancelation. However, date changes will be accepted.
• Other amendments to a booking will be handled on a case by case basis and will be dependent upon transfer availability.

We accept credit card and bank transfer payments. Our secured payment gateway accepts VISA and MasterCard.

Yes, we require the full amount to be paid to confirm a reservation.

Please be guided by the following cancellation policies:

• If you cancel your booking 7 days or less before check-in date; the cancellation fee is 100% of the total rental.
• If you cancel your booking 8 to14 days before check-in date; the cancellation fee is 80% of the total rental.
• If you cancel your booking 15 to 29 days before check-in date; the cancellation fee is 50% of the total rental
• If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before check-in date; the cancellation fee is 20% of the total rental
• If you have not cancelled your booking and do not check-in (no show); you will be charged a ''no show'' fee of 100% of the total rental.
• Rentals that are based on a monthly rental agreement at a special monthly rate are irredeemable and non-refundable
• Stays during super peak seasons are non-cancellable / non-refundable (Christmas/New Year, Orthodox Christmas/New Year, Chinese New Year, and Holy Week).

We require the full payment to be paid before we can confirm a reservation. Payments upon arrival are not allowed.

A security deposit of PHP 5,000.00, in cash, is due upon check-in. The security deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out provided that there is no loss or damage to the property.

We are very strict with the number of persons that a room can accommodate. The number of arriving guests must in all cases correspond to the number of persons registered. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the respective booking and forfeiture of the advance payment. Guests may also be charged a fee of PHP 2,500.00 per excess person per night.

We can only allow a maximum of 1 child below 7 years of age. 8 years and above are counted as adults. No extra mattresses will be provided.

Yes, each unit has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, conduction stove, and complete utensils and tableware.

Guests have access to our pool.

While most of our rooms are accessible via stairs, our ground floor rooms Puka Suite and Sampaguita Suite would be ideal and can be easily accessed by differently-able persons. We do not have elevators at the building.

No we do not. Only bath and beach towels are provided.

Aside from our pool, guests also have access to our gym and massage room. Should you wish to have a relaxing massage session arrange, you may approach any of our staff.

All rooms are non-smoking. There are designated areas outside where you can smoke. Cigarette butts and ashes should be disposed of properly in ash trays or trash bins.

Most of our rooms are child friendly. However, adult supervision is encouraged especially in smaller children.

We can assure guests of their privacy as each of the rooms have its own access door.

Yes, electronic safety deposit boxes are available in each of the rooms.

Yes, we have a security guard on site 24/7

No pets or any other animals are allowed.

In any circumstances that a checked in guest/s would have any visitor or companion, providing it does not exceed the maximum capacity of the house and/or room he/she has booked, the management and its staff has the right to ask for proper identification of their visitor/companion and have it logged for security purposes.

Breakfast is not included nor offered.

The nearest local market is located in Station 2 (d Talipapa). It would take a 5 – 10 minute tricycle ride from where we are.

Yes, babysitting service is available at a fee, with prior arrangement.

Housekeeping is at no additional cost. This is done every day.

Unfortunately we do not. However, our staff would be able to recommend someone who can arrange this for guests.
